The Artisan jury only meets once every three months to review all new artisan applications. Prospective artisans are not required to be physically present. 2008 jury dates are: January 10, April 10, July 10, October 09. Applications must be received a minimum of 24 hours before the jury date in order to be included in the review process.

Non-Profit applicants must either be agriculture or heath related.

Commercial category applicants must be either agriculture or health related. They also need manager and board approval to be admitted.
